Buying
- How much does it cost?
- Three paths on the same product. Self-install: $997 per agent, one-time. Full install with us: $4,997 per agent, one-time (waitlist). Team-leader license for brokerages: $497 per agent, one-time (broker pays for the whole team). Flat rates. Nothing recurring. No hidden add-ons.
- What are the three ways to buy?
- Same app, same 3 Claude skills, same 15 scheduled tasks, same Stats Pipeline on every path. (1) Self-install: $997 per agent, you handle it with the written guide and playbook, usually in a weekend. (2) With Install: $4,997 per agent, Buddy or Brett deploys it on your accounts and trains you live, typical turnaround under two weeks. - How do I actually buy?
- For self-install, click any Buy button on the pricing page and you go straight to secure checkout (FastPayDirect). For the full install, join the waitlist. For the team-leader license, use the contact form and one of us will scope it with you.
- Is there a payment plan?
- One-time flat payment at purchase on every path. If you need to talk options, reach out and we will work with you.

- What am I actually getting?
- Four things wired together. (1) The Listing Machine Progressive Web App (PWA), installed to your phone home screen, running your listing pipeline. (2) Three Claude skills: Prospect Call Prep, Active Listing, and New Client. (3) Fifteen scheduled tasks that run automatically (morning brief, evening recap, Tuesday updates, weekly review, monthly market stats, and more). (4) The Stats Pipeline that produces the Redfin-backed monthly market numbers you send clients. All of it runs on your own accounts. Same on every path. The difference is who deploys it and how many agents are covered.
- What are the 3 Claude skills?
- Prospect Call Prep triggers on a new lead inquiry: pulls research, drafts a branded call-prep sheet, then writes the post-call client summary. Active Listing is a 5-phase workflow from hire through closing with 65+ automated items (Gmail labels, calendar events, vendor coordination, listing captions, contract deadlines, closing prep). New Client handles the lighter buyer-side setup. Every step requires your approval before it fires.
- What are the 15 scheduled tasks?
- Daily: Morning Brief (5am), Evening Recap (8pm), New Lead Watcher (5am and 8pm), Active Listings Calendar Sync (6:05am), Showing Activity Sync (7:07am). Weekly: Tuesday Client Updates, Friday GBP Photos, Weekly Strategy Review, Community Newsletter Prep. Monthly: Market Stats, Content Calendar, Birthdays and Anniversaries, and two Local Partner File Requests.
- What is the Listing Machine app?
- A Progressive Web App that lives on your Vercel account and installs to your phone home screen. Runs the full 5-phase listing workflow with 65+ tracked items, a timeline calculator, a client-facing portal, a stager portal, a team directory, and copy-to-clipboard templates. Runs on your accounts after install.
- What is the Stats Pipeline?
- A Redfin-based market stats engine with a human-review gate and cross-check verification. It produces the monthly numbers you send clients and the community. The trust engine behind every market update.
Fit and setup
- Do I need to be technical?
- For the self-install, if you can drop a file into a Google Drive folder and click a Deploy button on a website, yes. The app ships with a one-click Deploy button. The skills install by dropping them into your Claude project. If you would rather not touch any setup, buy with Install and we handle it end to end.
- What if I use a different brokerage?
- The app is brokerage-agnostic. Buddy is at eXp Realty in Duvall, WA, so the workflow got tuned around a working eXp practice first. The tools it wires into (Gmail, Google Drive, Claude, the PWA) run the same way regardless of what shop you are at. Solo, boutique, national, all supported.
- Do I have to give up my current CRM?
- No. The install sits alongside your CRM and feeds off it. Keep your current stack and layer this on top. Some agents drop tools later when they find they no longer need them.
- What if my Claude subscription lapses?
- You need an active Claude subscription for the skills and scheduled tasks to fire. The Progressive Web App keeps working on its own regardless. Reactivate Claude and everything picks back up.
- How long until it is running?
- Self-install: a weekend, with the written guide and playbook. With Install: typical turnaround under two weeks from purchase to trained and live on your accounts. Team-leader license: paced against your team size, scoped when we set it up.

- Can my broker license this for the whole team?
- Yes. The team-leader license is $497 per agent, one-time, and the brokerage or team leader pays once for the whole team. Every agent gets the full Listing Machine on their own accounts (self-install path). This is a recruit-and-retain play: real productivity story to lead with, plus the same operator system a working eXp agent uses every day. - Do you do group training?
- Yes. Add a live group training session for your team when you scope the team-leader install, or ask us afterward. Use the contact form and we will scope it against your team size.
- Is the team-leader price flat regardless of team size?
- Yes. Flat $497 per agent, one-time, on the team-leader license. No sliding scale. You know the number going in.
