Discover
You buy Listing Machine with Install. Brett schedules a 30-minute kickoff. We walk your day-to-day, your current stack, and the pieces of your workflow you want back first (usually Tuesday client updates and the Sunday-night listing prep).
You send us access to your Gmail and Google Drive using the standard OAuth flow. You keep control the whole time. Nothing runs against your data until you say go.

Build
Brett deploys your instance of the Listing Machine Progressive Web App (PWA) to your own Vercel account. Your three Claude skills get built with your voice, your brand, and your day-to-day baked in. Fifteen scheduled tasks get wired to your Gmail and Drive so the background work runs while you sleep.
Buddy provides the workflow patterns. Brett wires them to your specific setup. If a skill needs a variant that only exists for your market, that gets built in this phase.
The Tuesday updates alone gave me my mornings back. The rest of the install was gravy.
Deliver
Typical turnaround is under two weeks. Once your PWA is live and your skills are wired, you get a 30-minute live training and Q&A with Buddy or Brett. We walk through the PWA on your phone, run each skill once with you driving, and hand you the written playbook.

- Live training. One 30-minute one-on-one call with Buddy or Brett to walk your specific install and answer anything.
Run
You take it from here. Tuesday morning, your updates draft themselves. Every morning at 5, your brief is waiting. Every evening at 8, your recap ties off the day. You keep closing deals.
Your install is yours forever. No monthly fee. No dashboard we can revoke. If you cancel your Claude subscription, the Progressive Web App still runs on its own. Reactivate Claude and the skills and tasks pick back up.

With-install buyers get a direct line to Buddy and Brett during the install and the first 30 days after go-live. Ask anything.
